    • Understand the science behind macronutrients so you know why these healthy eating habits work

    • Create and track a non-restrictive, realistic approach that becomes a style of eating you’re willing to maintain long-term.

    • Deep-dive into one macronutrient per week the first month

    • Practice healthy meal planning the second month
