Hi, I’m Judy — a wife, mom, and grandma, and a women’s health coach with over 30 years of experience guiding families through meaningful life transitions.
For three decades, I coached young families in making thoughtful education decisions for their children, helping them navigate change with clarity and confidence. That same approach now shapes my work with women in midlife.
After navigating my own menopause transition and training for eight years with a functional strength coach, I saw how muscle-focused training and proper nutrition rebuild real-life strength. I gained the stamina to manage physically demanding work, the resilience to care for aging parents, and a stronger immune system to recover more quickly from illness. That experience led me to earn my PN 1 Nutrition Coaching certification and to become a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist.
Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition, muscle-first principles, and decades of coaching experience to help women 40+ repair metabolism, protect muscle, and build sustainable strength — so they can move through midlife feeling strong, capable, and confident.
