“It’s not about perfect. It’s about effort.
And when you bring that effort every single day,
that’s where transformation happens.
That’s how change occurs.” ~Anonymous
Hi, I’m Judy– wife, mom, and grandma who’s been learning, shifting, and growing right alongside the women I now coach. My faith grounds me, and my lifelong love of learning keeps me curious about how we can feel our best, especially in midlife.
My own wake-up call came after the kids were grown and my body started changing in ways no one warned me about.
Menopause, the empty nest, elder caregiving, and the “now what?” of midlife were all happening at once. I realized I needed strength, confidence, and better habits, so I started strength training, which I’ve now done for nearly eight years. It changed everything.
I found renewed energy for the physical aspects of my job (setting up and tearing down trade show displays) and stamina for the long-haul of caregiving for my parents. It also provided a boost to my immune system and a quicker recovery period from a hospital stay for pneumonia.
As I went through perimenopause & menopause, I noticed how many women felt just as lost as I once did. That’s what led me to become certified in Menopause Coaching and Nutrition Coaching. I wanted to turn my experience into something useful, something that helps other women feel seen, supported, and stronger than they thought possible.
Now, I coach women 40+ through the same journey I’ve been on myself. I’m here to offer evidence-based guidance, encouragement, and steady companionship on the path so you don’t have to travel the midlife journey alone. This isn’t just my profession—it’s a journey I’m living.
Dedicated to my mom
who taught me much on her
journey through life.
