FAQs

  • Your free Wellness Discovery Conversation is designed to answer exactly that. During this relaxed conversation, we’ll talk about your goals, your expectations, and what you’re hoping to experience. You’ll get a clear sense of whether VitalHer’s approach aligns with what you need, and I’ll be able to tell if I’m the right partner to support your journey. There’s no pressure, just an opportunity for you to gather sufficient information to make an informed decision.

  • Yes, but not in the traditional, restrictive-diet sense. At VitalHer, we begin with progressive behavior change to help you build sustainable, healthy eating habits. These habits often lead to natural weight loss as your body finds its balance. Once those foundations feel second nature, we can explore safe, personalized strategies to shed unwanted pounds.
And just a reminder: I’m a coach, not a physician. So, you will want to check with your healthcare provider, so that everything we do supports your overall health journey.

  • I completely understand. Most of us make room in our budgets for the things we value. If creating a healthier, more energized, more confident life is a priority for you, we can talk through the coaching investment together and find the best path forward. No pressure, just an honest conversation. If a six-month commitment isn’t the right fit right now, I also offer shorter-term coaching options designed to help you get started with focused support and guidance.

  • The honest answer: you get to decide that.
We’ll focus on small, progressive changes in movement, nutrition, and sleep/recovery, changes that fit into your real life and gradually build momentum. During your Launch Session, we’ll talk through your schedule, responsibilities, and energy levels so you can budget your time in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

  • Not at all. Most women I coach start with simple tools, like resistance bands, light weights, or even bodyweight movements. No gym membership is required. We focus on building strength and stamina in ways that feel practical, safe, and doable right in your own home.

  • Many programs promise quick fixes, push extreme diets, or outline overwhelming routines. VitalHer focuses on small, sustainable habits rooted in science and tailored to women 40+. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan; it’s a guided journey that adapts to your unique life, your body, and your goals.

  • Absolutely. Many women come in simply wanting to feel better—more energy, less fog, more strength. We’ll uncover your goals together and build a path that fits your needs and your pace.

  • Yes. Many women utilize HRT/MRT, GLP-1s, or other medical therapies on their menopause journey. While I’m not a physician and these are managed by your healthcare provider, coaching can work alongside your medical plan. My role is to support nutrition, movement, and recovery habits that complement your provider’s guidance and encourage ongoing communication with your care team.
