Why Now & Why VitalHer:
Midlife isn’t a setback—it’s a shift.
Your hormones, energy, sleep, and stress response are changing, and the strategies that once worked simply don’t anymore.
Let’s look at the data:
Between 40–60% of women in midlife struggle with poor sleep, including insomnia, frequent waking, or waking up feeling anything but rested, often linked to hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause.
Up to 70% of women experience memory and concentration challenges during this stage of life, often called “brain fog.” It can look like your mind losing focus mid-conversation, followed by a flash of panic when someone asks for your opinion—because you can’t quite remember what was just said.
More than 85% of postmenopausal women and nearly half of perimenopausal women report significant fatigue, far more than women before this transition. This may be why you’re always reaching for a quick snack or caffeine just to get through the day.
Research shows that strength, flexibility, and balance naturally decline in women beginning in their 40s unless they are intentionally supported.
At the same time, many women notice unwanted weight gain, even though they’re eating the same way they always have. Hormonal shifts, changes in metabolism, and loss of muscle mass make weight easier to gain and harder to lose. Yet restrictive dieting isn’t the answer—studies consistently show that the vast majority of people regain lost weight within a few years, often with added frustration and metabolic stress.
All of this is exactly why VitalHer exists.
VitalHer coaching is designed specifically for this season of life. Through a science-informed, non-restrictive approach to nutrition, movement, and recovery, we address the root causes behind disrupted sleep, low energy, brain fog, declining stamina, and stubborn weight changes.
Instead of quick fixes, we focus on progressive, sustainable habits that support your body as it changes, helping you build strength, restore balance, and create healthy patterns you can actually maintain.
The goal isn’t just symptom management, it’s helping you feel clear, capable, strong, and energized again, so you can fully show up for the life you want to live now.

Yes, but not in the traditional, restrictive-diet sense. At VitalHer, we begin with progressive behavior change to help you build sustainable, healthy eating habits. Not at all. Most women I coach start with simple tools, like resistance bands, light weights, or even bodyweight movements. No gym membership is required. We focus on building strength and stamina in ways that feel practical, safe, and doable right in your own home.

Yes. Many women utilize HRT/MRT, GLP-1s, or other medical therapies on their menopause journey. While I’m not a physician and these are managed by your healthcare provider, coaching can work alongside your medical plan. My role is to support nutrition, movement, and recovery habits that complement your provider’s guidance and encourage ongoing communication with your care team.
